If you are anything like me, the first time that I decided to quit smoking, I thought to myself, "I can do this by myself, I don't need any gum or patches or anything else, I have enough will power to do it my own." Sound familiar? I'm sure it does. Well after a few days of pure hell, not for me, but everyone around me, I gave in, I surrendered to the nicotine gods and said "I'll just have the one" well that one turned into another 6 months.
The next time, I decided "I'm gonna do this", but I want some help, I stopped my the local pharmacy on my way home from work and got step one of the patch. I will admit, I didn't really crave a having a cig as much as I thought that I would, but the real problem for me arose, going about my daily routine, and wanting to have a smoke at the same times I would normally. So I wouldn't say that the patch kept cravings at bay, but I found it helped me go a bit longer, I wasn't a pain in the ass to be around. But I still wanted to smoke. I went through step 1 and was on step 2 when, I caved! Out I went for a pack.
Up until 4 months ago, I have been a smoker and with the thought in the back of my mind, like every other smoker I know, "I'll quit someday". Everyone has their own reasons for putting off quitting, for most of us it is the same sort of reasons
- We've tried before and it didn't work
- We don't want to change our entire routines, to avoid people or things that trigger the smoking impulse.
- Don't want to throw money away on the patch, the gum, or some medication to cut our cravings down, only to have it not work in the long run
- the fear of gaining weight, by substituing food for a cigarrette.
- fear of loosing friends, because they are afraid their friends will be upset with them for not being around them as much (which is completely foolish, I don't know one smoker who would be mad at a friend for wanting to quit)
Whatever your reasons are for not quitting, What if I could tell you about a successful system on How to quit smoking, that has a 97% success rate even as much as six months down the road, would you be interested? Heck yeah, you would.

Well let me tell you my quitting story, once I found this system. I had smoking for 6 years since the last time that I attempted quitting. Over the years, I had known that I was getting more and more out of shape, but said oh well, I can easily get back into shape. I took my son the local park last fall, it was great all the leaves were changing and falling on the ground, and he wanted to play, so we playing a game of catch, when I realized just how out of shape I was, I couldn't go 5 minutes of light running around without being completely winded. Now this wasn't all from smoking, but it sure played a huge part I'm sure. I thought to myself, my son is only 5, what's this going to be like when he's older, and wants to do more sports and activities, how am I going to keep up with him, or even worse am I going to be around for those.
I reached my breaking point, I had to change my life, if not for me, but for my family. I had smoked way to long. But how was I going to do it. I've tried the patches and the gum, I tried cold turkey and failed at all of them.
So what did I do?
I went online
I searched and searched I saw the inhaler type devices, which I thought looked stupid. I had read about the method of quitting where you smoke until you get sick and then try to keep smoking, and thought that defeats the my reasons for wanting to quit.
I stumbled upon a site one night on the internet called Quit Smoking Today. It sounded really good but I was a little sceptical about getting ripped off, as there are so many online scams. I finally made the decision and bought the course. This was the best decision I ever made!
The course was a Neuro-Linguistic-Programming or NLP which is a form of Hypnosis. This was 4 months ago and I have not had a cigarette since. All I did was download and listen to the recording once a day for about a week and I had kicked the dirty habit.
However this is not for everyone was it only works on 97.2% of people but thankfully I was in that majority.
After I quit I found that I had extra cash so I’ve been saving it for the 4 months for a nice family vacation. If it wasn’t for the Quit Smoking Today Program this would not have been possible.
